Thank you for purchasing from Pawda Baby

Please read the instructions of your purchase carefully to maintain and take care of your products.

Should the purchase that you receive via shipping not be what you had in mind, you can return the product to the return adress at your own cost. We will gladly exchange the product within 7 days of your purchase if the item was not used/warn and still in it’s original condition.  Please note that we would require you to make contact with us as within 3 days of receiving the item to notify us of such a problem.

Fair use Act Disclaimer

All brand names used in our descriptions are not my intellectual property and we did not seek permission from the rightful copyright/trademark holder before using it as we deem our usage to be nominated fair use.  These brand names are only menionted to educate and inform our customers, already owning these brand products, on what product they can choose from our range to fit. 

All our products are handmade by Pawda Baby and not affiliated, associated or connected to these copyright/trademark products.

Vouchers and Coupons

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.  Some discount coupons may be valid for a shorter period, but this will be stated on the coupon.

All vouchers and coupons are intended for the person it was given to.  You can not use a coupon or voucher more than once.  Vouchers or coupons can not be used with any other voucher or coupon or on sale items.

All discount vouchers are only valid for orders under $150.

We have the right to refuse a voucher or coupon or cancel a sale if the terms above were not adhered to.

Return and Refund Policy***

We take great care to ensure all our products are made without flaws and faults.  As we are all human, it might happen that something is missed before we post you your purchase.  If you find a manufacturing fault, please let us know within a reasonble time (usually 5 days from receiving your order) and we will arrange a suitable solution to the problem.

If you find that you bought the wrong item, size or just not happy with your purchase, please contact us.  We will gladly exchange or refund the item (commission applies) if below terms are met:

1.  Item must be in it’s original condition, unused, unwashed and clean.  We understand that you might have to try on the items, but the item must be free of any hair or dirt (otherwise we will charge a 25-50% fee, on the value of the item).  We use our own discretion on this, depending if we are able to sell it in our second hand section.

2. We must be informed of the return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order and items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be made as soon as the item had been returned and received by us.  Postage costs will not be refunded.

3.  Return postage will be for the buyers account.  Any new item bought or exchanged will attract new shipping cost for the buyers account.  This must be paid in full before the exchange can be posted.

4.  A transaction commission of 3% on the full transaction value will apply on all refunds.  This will also apply in the case where the transaction was cancelled before it was shipped and to partial refunds.

5.  Return for refund only.  If the item is returned for a refund it will be subject to point 1, 2 and 3 above and the original postage paid on the order will not be refunded.

6.  In the event where no shipping was charged for the orignial order, a fee of $9 (for Australian orders) and $20 (for international orders) will be deducted from the refund made to the buyer.  This fee will be added to the 3% transaction fee.

Shipping prices below are just a guide, please press the calculate shipping button in your cart for acurate charges.

We are an Australian business and will post anywhere in Australia and certain International destinations.

All our items are handmade and will take about 4-8 business days to make.

We currently ship to the following destinations with general shipping times in brackets:

Australia (2-6 business days)

New Zealand (7-9 business days)

USA (6-15 business days)

Canada (6-20 business days)

Europe – France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Netherlands (9-20 business days) **

UK (8-18 business days) ** 

Local Small parcels are sent via Australia Post or Sendle as a parcel less than 500g and will come with a tracking number.

International small parcels are sent via Australia Post and will come with a tracking number as well.

Our medium and large parcels are also sent with a tracking number.

* Please note that all our items are custom made and will therefore fall outside the European law on returning goods.  ALL returns must be paid for by the buyer of the product.

** Please be aware that the UK and some European countries do charge customs and duties on all international orders.  These and any other taxes must be paid by the buyer directly to your country. We can not calculate these on our website and ask that you purchase on our Etsy over here.

Nothing in the Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA) or any other legislation which may not be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. If the CCA or any other legislation implies a condition, warranty, or term into the Terms or provides statutory guarantees in connection with the Terms, in respect of goods or services supplied (if any), our liability for breach of such a condition, warranty, other term or guarantee is limited (at our election), to the extent it is able to do so: (a) in the case of supply of goods, us doing any one or more of the following: (i) replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods; (ii) repairing the goods; (iii) paying the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and (iv) paying the cost of having the goods repaired; or (b) in the case of supply of services, our doing either or both of the following: (i) supplying the services again; and (ii) paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
